I went to my first day of training and the first presenter said " There will be long hours, meager wages, and little instant gratification. But, if we work together, we might make it out alive."

I appreciated the honesty.

The teachers at this school are mostly young, freaking gorgeous/well-dressed, and married. I don't feel like I fit in. I need to get back on the diet and buy new clothes. Whilst in Austin, I will be staying at the Renaissance ( for free :) ). How nice.

Otherwise.......just laying low and trying to make the most of the ( holy crap. ) last 3 weeks of summer.
