Any day when I get more than 5 hrs at atime

I don't think I ever have. I started eating less than 30 g of fat a day, only 1200 calories. ( well this weekend doesn't count ).

It wasn't really. It was a motorolla flip phone.

I use the internet evert day to help beef up what I teach.
